Winters Plein Air Festival: March 26-April 3, 2010
Plein air painters from all over California and beyond will be in and around town, painting on the spot Friday, March 26th through Friday, April 2nd.
"Quick Draw" (a timed painting event) Saturday, April 3rd, from 8am-12pm. (downtown Winters on the corner of Railroad & Main)
Paintings will be on display at Briggs & Co April 4-26, with the grand opening reception at 6 pm Saturday, April 3rd.
